MSUB Hall of Fame
A member of some of the first teams fielded in MSUB men's soccer history, Dave Austin established himself as one of the program's first star players. Playing from 1997-2000, Austin became the first Yellowjacket in program history to receive regional honors, when he was selected to the NSCAA All-Far West Region Third Team in 1998, earning All-Pac West second team honors the same season. Austin finished his Yellowjacket career with 27 goals, a total that today is tied for second most in program history, while his 61 total points remain third most accumulated by a Yellowjacket in their career. Austin's 68 total games played in his MSUB career also rank as the tenth most in program history.
