Coach Woodin on Hamilton: "Katelyn has attended our MSUB summer basketball camps for years and we are pleased she chose to stay close to home and be a Yellowjacket. She is a great perimeter shooter, and she has steadily improved her all-around game over the past two seasons at Columbus. Both Alisha and I were impressed with her team-first attitude and her academic success. Katelyn will play primarily the shooting guard position at MSUB. I am excited to see how her senior year unfolds for the Cougars and then we can't wait to have her join MSUB in the fall of 2024."
Hamilton on choosing MSUB: "I chose MSUB because I have grown up watching them and had the goal to one day be on the team since I was a little kid. After attending games and camps, I have witnessed the atmosphere of the team and knew that I wanted to be a part of it. I look forward to the challenge of playing at the next level and being coached by Coach Woodin and Coach Breen."
