2024: Made 11 appearances as a true freshman... played in a total of 102 minutes, averaging 9.3 minutes per contest... attempted one shot, putting it on goal... made her MSUB debut on Sept. 7 against Carroll College, playing a season-high 18 minutes.
Sentinel High School: Lettered in four seasons of soccer... led Sentinel in goals in 2023, earning all-conference and team MVP honors... helped to guide her team to a State AA Championship appearance in 2022, and the State AA Semifinals in 2023... also competed in track in field... holds one of the fastest 100m times in school history.
Coach Jack on Powers: "Briel is going to add strength, pace, and goal scoring ability to the forward line. She can stretch the field vertically or get physical and play back to goal. She strikes the ball well with both feet and is capable of scoring goals from all over the field."
