The four are set to join MSUB's other 11 signees, bringing MSUB's incoming recruiting class for 2025 up to 15 recruits.

"We are excited to have Alexa, Hailee, Natalie, and Emma joining the program," said MSUB head coach Abiye Jack. "Each of them will be a positive addition to what we strive to do both on and off the field."

Appearing in 28 career games across the 2020 and 2021 seasons, Gertsch played in nearly 2000 minutes for MSUB, primarily as a defender. She was named an Honorable Mention All-GNAC in her sophomore season with the 'Jackets, starting 18 of 19 MSUB matches that season and helping MSUB keep three shutouts in defense. Gertsch would then move to Bluefield State University in West Virginia, where she competed in the past two seasons. This past year, Gertsch was named a team captain at Bluefield, and would play in and start 11 matches. She would accumulate 916 total minutes for the Big Blue, playing a full 90 minutes nine times. Hailee is also the twin sister of Taylor Gertsch, with the two having shared the pitch for their two seasons at MSUB together.
