PORTLAND, Ore.- Two members of the Montana State University Billings Yellowjacket volleyball team have been named to the 2025 Volleyball Academic All-GNAC Team, the conference announced Wednesday afternoon.
 

Leading the way for MSUB is 
Avarey Stuff, earning the honor for the second consecutive season, while 
Stella Scott receives the recognition for the first time in her Yellowjacket career.
 
To qualify for Academic All-GNAC honors, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA, be in at least their second season of competition at their current institution and have participated during the 2024 season.
HEAR FROM COACH KEISTER: "Academics is by far the most important aspect of these student athletes and I am so proud of our entire team's performance in the classroom, especially for Avarey and Stella being honored with this recognition. I know they will continue to perform at a high level on and off the court."
 
Stuff, a Great Falls, Montana native, carries a 3.43 GPA while pursuing a degree in psychology. This season, she has appeared in 13 of MSUB's 16 matches, serving as a defensive anchor in the libero position. Stuff has compiled 158 digs (3.67 per set), along with 36 assists, 15 service aces, and a career-high 31 digs against Manitoba (CAN) earlier this year.
 

 Scott, from Creswell, Oregon, holds a 3.51 GPA as a business major. She has played in all 16 matches this season, providing consistent presence at the net as a middle blocker. Her season totals include 59 kills, 19 blocks, 27 digs, and 12 service aces.

th at 7:00pm and the Central Washington Wildcats on November 1
st at 2:00pm.
