BILLINGS, Mont. – The Montana State University Billings Volleyball team rounds out their 2023 recruiting class with three additional signees.
Emma Fa'alogo of Harbor City, California,
Bailey Nichols of Castle Rock, Colorado, and
Grace Offill-Jackson of Claremont, California join the MSUB volleyball program under head coach Casey Bonner.
Emma Fa'alogo
Setter
Harbor City, California
St. Joseph High School
Intended Major: Health Science
Fa'alogo was a two-sport athlete at St. Joseph High School, participating in four years of volleyball and two years of track & field as a thrower. For volleyball, Fa'alogo was Del Rey All-League Volleyball in 2021, and 2022. She dominated in the 2022 volleyball season being named team captain, MVP, and was a Lakewood Hall of Fame Distinguished Nominee for Performer of the Year. Other accolades include First Team All-League for Track & Field shot put in 2022, and 2023.
Coach Bonner on Fa'alogo: "Emma is a huge addition to the program. She plays at a high level and has a very high volleyball IQ."
Fa'alogo on choosing MSUB: "I chose Montana State University Billings because of the feeling of love and family the coaches and athletes gave me when I visited and for the support the school and coaches give to the student athletes. Being at MSUB made me feel at home! Thank you!

Bailey Nichols
Opposite Hitter/ Setter
Castle Rock, Colorado
Douglas County High School
Intended Major: Sports Psychology
Nichols competed all four years of high school for the Douglas County Volleyball Team lettering in three of the four years. She excelled academically and athletically being a scholar athlete (2019-23), made the Continental League Honorable Mention in 2021, and First Team All-League in 2022. Nichols was a standout in 2022, being named team captain, winning Offensive Player of the Year, finishing top ten in kills in the state (336), and making the Colorado Coaches of Girls Sports 5A All-State Game. Nichols finished her high school career with 489 total kills and had a single match best with a 0.538 hitting percentage while tallying 14 kills in 2022.
Coach Bonner on Nichols: "Bailey brings a lot of versatility to the program. She has a great physical presence and brings the energy that we look for in athletes."
Nichols on choosing MSUB: "As soon as I got to Billings and looked around the city, I loved the atmosphere and it felt just like home. When I arrived on campus and met the coaches, they were extremely welcoming and friendly to me. I also got to meet two of the girls currently in the program who were also super personable and fun to be around. These qualities were some that I valued strongly when finding the right school for me."
Grace Offill-Jackson
Opposite Hitter
Claremont, California
Claremont High School
Intended Major: Health Science
Offill-Jackson was a standout all for years for Claremont. In 2019 as a freshman, she not only lettered but was awarded Most Improved Player. The pandemic put a hold on 2020 but bounced back in 2021 being an Under Armour All-American Select Player. Offill-Jackson had her best year for Claremont being named Team Captain, Second Team All-League, and Offensive Player of the Year. Her other accolades include Academic All-League for all four years.
Coach Bonner on Offill-Jackson: "Grace will add great depth to our opposite position. She is a hard worker and has the skills to push the tempo in our gym."
Offill-Jackson on choosing MSUB: "I chose MSUB to be a part of a growing volleyball program and study in a structured environment."
