BILLINGS, Mont. – Montana State University Billings baseball, under the direction of head coach Aaron Sutton will host three camps this fall and winter and registration is now open. Camps include the Little League Camp, 'Jacket Baseball School, and Winter Camp. Each camp is catered to specific ages and represents an opportunity for participants to learn from the MSUB coaching staff, as well as members of the Yellowjacket baseball team, winners of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference last spring.
 
2019 LITTLE LEAGUE CAMP: This camp will offer instruction and build proper mechanics in the areas of hitting, pitching/catching, infield/outfield play, and base running. This camp will fill up quickly, so do not miss out and register today. It is for ages 6-14 Sunday, October 20 at Pirtz Field from 2-5 p.m. Cost is $40 and includes a t-shirt and free admission for a camper and one adult (18 years or older) to any MSUB Baseball home game during the 2020 season.
 
'JACKET BASEBALL SCHOOL: 'Jacket baseball school will include a one-hour session of hitting and a one-hour session of defensive work (Pitching, Catching, or Infield) each night.  During the offensive session, hitters will be introduced to the mechanics and drills the 'Jackets have used to break the conference record in home runs in 2018 (76) and 2019 (83).  Last year saw 98% of campers who attended increase in Ball Exit Speed. The camp takes place November 7, 14, 21, 26 in the MSUB lower gymnasium and is for ages 10-18. Cost is $100 for hitter session, $100 for defense session, and $195 for both sessions.
 
WINTER CAMP: Don't miss this opportunity to work with the MSUB Baseball coaching staff on your baseball skills.  Camp will include two options of pitching/catching on Saturday and hitting camp on Sunday.  Campers can choose to come to both sessions or just one. This camp is for ages 14-18, December 7-8 in the MSUB Lower Gymnasium. Pitcher/Catcher Camp is $100. Hitter camp is $75, and both is $150.

• December 8th: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
