2021: Capped off one of the best statistical careers in MSUB volleyball history by earning First Team All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference honors…left MSUB as the career leader with 464 sets played, ranked 3rd in program history with 3,716 attempts, 6th in kills (1,242), tied for 8th in service aces (85), 8th in total blocks (276), 9th in block assists (206) and 10th in digs (1,052)…is one of five players in MSUB history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs…ranked 4th in the GNAC with 3.51 kills per set, 14th in hitting percentage (.250) and 17th in digs (2.87 per set)…led MSUB in kills 15 times, digs seven times and blocks twice…had 355 kills, 299 digs, 58.0 total blocks (four solo) and 21 service aces in 2021…recorded 16 double-doubles…had single-match highs of 21 kills (twice), 19 digs (Nov. 18 at Northwest Nazarene), three service aces (three times), 4.0 total blocks (four times) and two solo blocks (Oct. 26 at Rocky Mountain College)…led the team with 15 kills and 18 digs against MSU Moorhead on Sept. 4…had 18 kills and six digs at Chaminade on Sept. 12…earned GNAC Offensive Player of the Week honors for having 21 kills and three service aces against Western Oregon on Sept. 30, then recording a 13-kill, 11-dig double-double against Saint Martin’s on Oct. 2…had a match-high 19 kills in MSUB’s come-from-behind win over Alaska on Oct. 21…was named GNAC Offensive Player of the Week for Nov. 8-14 after recording her 1,000th career dig against #16 Western Washington and notching a 21-kill, 16-dig double-double against Simon Fraser on her Senior Day...finished her collegiate career with seven double-doubles in her final eight games…made the 2021 Hawai’i Challenge All-Tournament team after averaging 3.4 kills and 2.3 digs per set across four games…earned a spot on the Yellowjacket Volleyball Invitational All-Tournament team…named to the Preseason All-GNAC team…received Buzzie award for Volleyball Player of the Year.
2020: Fall season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic…received Buzzie award for Volleyball Player of the Year…started all six matches and played in all 28 sets during the 2021 spring season…ranked second on the team with 92 kills and had an average of 3.29 kills per set…ranked third on the team with a .204 attack percentage…ranked third on the team with 3.07 digs per set…ranked second on the team with 86 total digs…ranked third on the team with 0.57 blocks per set…had 16 total blocks…had a career-high 23 kills on March 30 against Carroll…completed four double-doubles…had a season-high 23 digs on March 10 against Rocky…had a season-high four total blocks on two occasions…had a season-high attack percentage of .315 on March 30…had five assists and four service aces.
2019: First-team all-GNAC selection…played in all 30 matches and 115 out of 115 sets…led the team with 314 kills (2.73/set) and finished second in digs with 359 digs (3.12/set)…was the only Yellowjacket to finish in the top 20 in the GNAC in both categories…posted a team leading 15 double-doubles…had a season high 22 kills against Rocky on Sept. 23 which is the 12th best mark in program history…had a season high .419 hitting percentage against Alaska Fairbanks…finished the year with a .178 hitting percentage…led the team with 83 block assists which was the 10th best mark in a single season at MSUB…received Buzzie award for Volleyball Player of the Year.
2018: Played in all 30 matches as a sophomore with 116 of a possible 119 sets played...finished second on the team with 228 kills and a .138 hitting percentage...recorded two double-doubles including a 14 kill, 16 dig effort against Saint Martin's on August 22...season high .440 hitting percentage against Western Oregon...15 assists and one solo block...third on the team in total blocks with 61.0.
2017: As a standout freshman, played in 29 matches with 24 starts...second on the team with 253 kills with the second-best hitting percentage .193 (253-97-807)...had a season-best 20 kills in the first match of the season against Minnesota State University Moorhead...recorded a double-double with 11 kills and 12 digs in a match against Point Loma...finished the season with 57 blocks including five solos and tallied 107 digs...averaged 2.78 points, 2.43 kills, .55 blocks and 1.03 digs per set.
Vista Ridge High School: Was a letterwinner in volleyball, basketball, and track and field…was a two-time female athlete of the year, and was team captain for multiple years in both basketball and volleyball…as a senior earned first-team all-PPAC honors in volleyball and was named the volleyball player of the year…her 272 kills in a season broke a school record, and she ranked fourth in the state for assists and first in the conference in aces…academically, earned honor roll for maintaining a grade point average minimum of 3.5.
Coach Williams on Monck: “Bayli is a strong, 6-rotation pin-hitter who has a lot of court charisma and solid ball control. I know that Bayli’s competitiveness, volleyball IQ, and drive to win will make her a great addition to the team.”
