2012 (Junior): Posted a season-best time of 19:33.0 in the 5K at the MSUB Yellowjacket Invitational...ran a 23:30 at the GNAC Championships in the 6K...earned GNAC all-academic honors.2011 (Sophomore): Ran in all eight races for the Yellowjackets, primarily as the No. 3 runner...posted a season-best time of 19:37.0 in the 5K and in the 2012 NCAA Division II West Regional Cross Country Championships, finished with a time of 24:27.0 for a best 6K time of the season...earned GNAC all-academic honors.2010 (Freshman): Ran in all eight races as a true freshman...recorded one top-10 finish with a 10th place at the Dickinson State Invite (Sept. 24) in a time of 21:02...ran a season-best 5k time of 20:00 at the Yellowjacket Invite (Oct. 16)...ran a season-best 6k time at the GNAC Championships (Nov. 6) with a 26:31...competed at the NCAA West Regional.Helena High School: Earned two letters in cross country and one for choir...also played basketball, tennis and volleyball...finished ninth overall at the Belgrade Invitational during her senior year...had three top-10 finishes during senior season.
