Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in seven regular-season outdoor track meets, plus the GNAC Outdoor Championships…helped the MSUB 4x400 meter relay team place eighth at GNACs…ran collegiate-best times in the 100 meters (13.17) and the 200 meters (27.90) at the Dickinson State University Last Chance Meet on May 5…helped MSUB run the 6^th fastest 4x400 meter relay time in program history with a 4:08.15 at the Bengal Invitational on April 30…took fourth place in the 100 meter dash with a 13.29, the helped the 4x100 and the 4x400 meter relays have top-three finishes at the Trudnowski Open on April 22…helped the MSUB 4x100 relay team place second at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Spring Open on April 2…was part of MSUB’s winning 4x100 meter relay team at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…took fifth in the 200 meters and helped MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team place second at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open on March 19.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in all five indoor track meets, including the GNAC Indoor Championships…competed in the 200-meter dash and ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team that clocked the fourth-fastest time in program history (4:10.80) at GNACs…ran a season-best in the 60-meter dash with an 8.45 at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 11…helped MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team place fourth at the Dave Little Alumni Mile on Jan. 22…placed fifth in the 200-meter dash at the Bobcat Challenge on Jan. 14.

Helena High School: Ran track and field in all four years of high school, plus ran three years of cross country…helped Helena High School’s 4x100 relay team place third at the 2021 Class AA State Track and Field meet as a senior…also qualified individually in the 100 meter dash at the state meet as a senior…was an all-conference and all-state performer as a sophomore… personal-best all-time marks include 12.93 in the 100 meters, 27.14 in the 200 meters and 1:02.10 in the 400 meters.
