2023-24:

Outdoor: Competed in six meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships... opened the outdoor season with a pair of podium finishes at the Yellowjackets/Battlin' Bears Icebreaker Open, finishing second in hammer throw with a mark of 41.99m (137' 9"), and third in shot put with a mark of 11.29m (37' 0.5")... finished in fourth place in the hammer throw at the Yellowjackets/Battlin' Bears Open, throwing 46.81m (153' 7")... set a new PR in the hammer throw at the GNAC Outdoor Championships, throwing 48.13m (157' 11"), finishing on the podium in third place... Academic All-GNAC.

Indoor: Competed in five meets, including the GNAC Indoor Championships... finished in fifth place in both the shot put and weight throw in the Myrle Hanson Open on Jan. 13... had her best mark of the season in shot put at the Myrle Hanson Open, with a mark of 11.68m (38' 4")... had a season best weight throw mark and PR at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 10, throwing 15.05m (49' 4.5")... finished in seventh in shot put at the GNAC Championships, throwing 11.33m (37' 2.25").

2022-23:

Outdoor: Competed in nine meets in the 2022-23 outdoor season, including at the GNAC Outdoor Championships... finished in first place in the shot put at the Yellowjackets/Battlin/ Bears Icebreaker Open with a mark of 11.65m (38' 2.75")... set a PR in the shot put at the Montana Open on Apr. 21, throwing 11.82m (38' 9.5")... competed in three events at the GNAC Outdoor Championships, setting a PR in discus with a throw of 29.98m (98' 4")... had her highest finish in the shot put, finishing in tenth with a mark of 11.00m (36' 1.25").

Indoor: Competed in five meets, including the GNAC Indoor Championships... competed in her first meet at the Bobcat Preview on Dec. 7, competiting in both the shot put and weight throw... completed indoor PRs in both the weight throw and shot put at the GNAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20-21, throwing a 11.29m (37' 0.5") in the shot put and a 13.05m (42' 9.75") in the weight throw... finished fifth in the shot put at the GNAC Indoor Championships. 

Helena Capital High School: Three-year varsity letterwinner for the Helena Capital High School Bruins…capped off her high school track and field career by setting personal bests in the shot put and the discus, plus placed sixth in the shot put at the MHSA Class AA State Track & Field Championships…placed fourth in the shot put and threw a PR in the discus to place 10^th at the divisional meet…won the shot put at five different meets as a senior…outside of track, managed Helena Capital High School's varsity volleyball team during its Class AA state title-winning campaigns in 2019 and in 2020…also a member of the National Honor Society.
 
Coach Woehl on Green: "I'm looking forward to Jaida joining our throwers. I think she'll fit right in with our crew. She's already set some huge personal bests in shot and disc after one meet this spring, and all her hard work is starting to pay off."
