Outdoor Track and Field: Redshirted…named academic All-GNAC.
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in all four regular-season indoor track meets…ran the 3,000 meters three times, the 5,000 meters once and ran a leg on MSUB’s distance medley relay team once…capped off indoor season with a personal-best in the 3,000 meters with a 12:16.82 at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 11-12…ran the team’s fastest indoor 5K time of the season with a 22:49.66 at the Dave Little Alumni Mile on Jan. 21…named academic All-GNAC.
Cross Country: Competed in three of the five races and was MSUB’s seventh runner in two of them during her collegiate cross country debut…set a new collegiate 5K personal-best with a 23:53.1 at the Gage McSpadden Memorial XC Invite on Sept. 17…was MSUB’s seventh-place finisher at the University of Montana Open, placing 50th with a 20:59.2…placed 49th at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears XC Open on Oct. 8 with a 22:49.9 5K time, good for seventh on MSUB…named academic all-GNAC.

Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in three of the 10 regular-season meets, running the 1,500 meters each time…set a new personal best with a 5:59.68 in the 1,500 meters at the Dickinson State Last Chance meet on May 6.
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Cross Country: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Standley Lake High School: Earned letters in track & field, cross country, soccer, and swimming...Personal best time of 21:57.42 in the 5,000 meters and 50:17.6 in the 10,000 meters in cross country...Ran personal best 33.41 in 200 meter dash, 2:54.26 in the 800 meters, 6:28.25 in the 1600 meters, and 13:41.49 in the 3,200 meters...Part of first place team in the 2019 Desert Twilight Championships...Named most influential cross country athlete in 2019...Earned Principal's academic letter award winner.
Woehl on Tolman: "Aspen consistently works hard in and out of the classroom and I believe that will make her a great teammate and distance runner."
Tolman on choosing MSUB: "When visiting Montana State University Billings it felt comfortable. I had visited many wonderful colleges but Montana stuck out as more of a home. The team was wonderful and I could see myself fitting in. I admired the coaching style and how I was not pressed to make a decision. I could see myself being very comfortable at Montana and being able to feel welcomed."
