Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in seven regular-season outdoor track and field meets…ran the second-fastest 400-meter hurdles time of the season with a 1:11.46, which ranks 9th all-time at MSUB…focused on the 400-meter hurdles, but also ran the 100- and 200-meter dashes, plus legs on the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays…took third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Dickinson State University Last Chance Meet on May 5…helped MSUB win the 4x400 relay in 4:27.21 at the Bauer Open on April 9…ran her season-best 100-meter dash time of 13.70 at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…won the 400-meter hurdles at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open with an 1:11.46.
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in all five indoor track and field meets, including the GNAC Indoor Championships…competed in the 200-meter dash and ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team that clocked the fourth-fastest time in program history (4:10.80) at GNACs…ran the 60-meter hurdles three times, the 200 meters twice and ran legs on MSUB’s 4x400 and distance medley relay teams…set collegiate-best times in the 60-meter dash (8.57) and the 200-meter dash (28.58) at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 11-12…placed fifth with a collegiate personal-best of 10.76 60-meter hurdles with a 10.76 and helped MSUB’s 4x400 relay team place second at the Don Holst Open on Jan. 29…helped MSUB’s distance medley relay team place second and its 4x400 relay team place third at the Dave Little Alumni Mile on Jan. 21-22…placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash in her collegiate debut at the Bobcat Challenge on Jan. 14.
Glenrock High School: A four-year varsity letterwinner in track and field and a two-year letterwinner in cross country…graduated Glenrock High School in 2019 with the school record in the 100 meter dash….was a two-time all-state selection in cross country and was an all-state selection once in track…qualified for the state track meet in all four years…capped off her high school career with top-four finishes at the 2019 2A Wyoming State Championships in the 300 hurdles (second place), 100 meters (third place), 400 meters (third place) and the 100 meter hurdles (fourth place)…had two, top-10 finishes at the WHSAA State Cross Country Championships, with her best being a seventh-place finish as a junior in 2017…personal bests include 12.67 in the 100 meters, 1:01.09 in the 400 meters, 17.58 in the 100 meter high hurdles, 48.18 in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles and also a 21:54.3 5K in cross country…also played one year of high school basketball.

Sexson on choosing MSUB: “I am incredibly excited to begin pursuing track again at MSUB. I have missed competing while at Casper College, and I am so thankful that I have been given the opportunity to run again and start my collegiate track career. Coach Woehl has been very great to work with and I am excited to work with him as an athlete for the next couple of years. MSUB not only offers the perfect next step for my education, but also for my athletics. My mom is an Eastern Montana College alumna, and my dad is a Montana State alum, so I also feel at home in Montana and at MSUB.”
