2012-13: Made four singles appearances at the No. 4 position and finished 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the RMAC … In doubles, O’Connell appeared in six matches at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots and registered a 1-5 record going 1-2 in the RMAC.
2011-12: Did not participate
Petaluma High School: O'Connell was a highly-decorated player during her high school career, lettering all four years in tennis as well as two years for the basketball team ... Her senior year she played at No. 1 singles for her squad, posting an 11-5 record ... She was named to the North Coast Scholastic Team three times for tennis as well as once for basketball ... Was named to the North Coast Les Schwab Tires Championship team once for tennis and once for basketball ... Was named the PHS All-League Player and Most Valuable Player her senior season on the tennis squad.
