2021: Honorable mention all-conference selection…team captain…led team with six goals, scoring all six in the final four games of her career…had first multi-goal game on Oct. 30 against Saint Martin’s and repeated the feat on Nov. 6 against Central Washington…had two game-winning goals…earned first-career GNAC Player of the Week award after notching game-winning goals in MSUB’s 2-1 win over Western Oregon on Oct. 28 and in a 2-1 win over Saint Martin’s on Oct. 30…ranked fourth on the team with 27 shots and placed 13 on target…played in 13 matches with 12 starts, missing six games due to injury…totaled 1,017 minutes for an average of 78.2 minutes per game…matched career high with 110 minutes played on Oct. 16 against Seattle Pacific…took a season-high five shots on Oct. 30 against Saint Martin’s…named academic all-conference for third straight season.

2020: Fall season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic…team captain…Buzzie award winner for Women’s Soccer Player of the Year…started all nine matches and led the team with 680 minutes played for an average of 75.6 minutes per game…lone goal on the season was the game-winner on April 11 in a 1-0 victory over Carroll…had career highs of eight shots and four on goal on April 11…led the team with 16 shots and five on target…played a season-high 90 minutes on two occasions…academic all-conference for the second-straight season.
 
2019: Started all 17 games at midfield and posted the fifth highest minutes total with 1,333...ranked second on the team with 10 points...scored four goals and had two assists...recorded 13 shot attempts with eight landing on goal...scored game winning goal against Central Washington on October 31...had a season high three shots on goal against Saint Martin's on October 24...played season high 110 minutes in overtime game against Saint Martin's on October 24...named academic all-GNAC as a sophomore.

2018: Played key role as a freshman midfielder, starting 11 matches and playing in all 17 in first year in the program…scored first career goal against No. 15 Western Washington on Oct. 27…played 1,009 total minutes for an average of 59.4 per game…took eight shots and landed three on target…took one corner kick…played a season-high 79 minutes on Oct. 20 at Seattle Pacific…had a season-high two shots on three different occasions.

White River High School: Four-year letter winner…starred as a central midfielder…in senior season, her team finished with a record of 20-1 and advanced to the state semifinals.
 
Coach Cavallo on Gunter: "Haylee is a very strong player that has really grown in her two years at MSUB. She works extremely hard and that attitude can be shown on the field. She has shown strong commitments to her academics which have been highlighted by her inclusion in the All Conference Academic Teams."
