Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in six outdoor track meets, plus the GNAC Outdoor Championships…placed 15th in the 400-meter hurdles and ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team at GNACs…helped MSUB run the 6th fastest 4x400 meter relay time in program history with a 4:08.15 at the Bengal Invitational on April 30…ran her season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:09.49 at the Bengal Invitational on April 29…took second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Trudnowski Open on April 22…helped MSUB win the 4x400 meter relay at the Bauer Open on April 9…ran a leg on MSUB’s first-place 4x400 meter relay team at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…named academic All-GNAC.
Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete in indoor track.
Cross Country: Competed in all five races, including the 2021 GNAC Championships and the NCAA DII West Regional races…was MSUB’s fourth runner in four of the five races…ran a personal-best 6K at the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships with a 25:09.5 on Oct. 23…also set a new personal-best 5K time at the Gage McSpadden Memorial XC Invite with a 22:54.4 on Sept. 17…named academic All-GNAC.
2020-21
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in eight meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…focused primarily on the 400 meter hurdles, but also ran on MSUB’s 4x400 relay four times and the 4x100 relay once…placed eighth in the 400 hurdles with a 1:15.39 at the GNAC Outdoor Championships…also ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x100 relay team that placed seventh at the conference championships…best performances included a 1:07.86 in the 400 meter hurdles at the GNAC Outdoor Championship prelims (May 14) and a 2:33.24 in the 800 meters at the 2021 Stinger Open (Feb. 19)…named academic All-GNAC.
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic...earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region honors for running a leg on MSUB’s distance medley relay team.

Indoor Track & Field: Competed in all seven meets during indoor season with seven top-10 event finishes...Took 4th place in the 800 meters at the Myrle Hanson Open Feb. 1 with a time of 2:31.64...Finished 5th in the 800 meters at the CSC Open Jan. 18 with a time of 2:31.77...Also competed in the 4x400 meter relay and Distance Medley Relay at the GNAC Indoor Championships Feb. 22-22.
Cross Country: Competed in all five races of 2019…average race time of 25.13…three top 100 finishes (Hardrocker Classic, Rocky Mountain College, GNAC championships…season-best 23:36:00 (54th) at the Rocky Mountain College Invite at Amend Park on Sept. 13.
2018-19
Outdoor Track & Field: 400 hurdles sixth place (1:07.73) at Montana State Open Apr. 20...3rd place, 4x400 meter relay at University of Providence Open (4:14.72)...Finished 15th at GNAC Outdoor Championships in the 400 hurdles (1:07.93)...8th place mark in 4x400 meter relay at GNAC Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track & Field: Saw competition in 400, 800, and 4x400 meter relay during indoor season...Season best 400 meter time of 1:05.86 for 18th place at Air Force Invitational...12th place at GNAC Indoor Championships with season best 800 meter time 2:25.63 in prelims.
Cross Country: Competed in all seven races for MSUB as a freshman...Best finish was 17th place at the Gage McSpadden Invite...Competed in the GNAC Championships and placed 78th with a 6K time of 26:07.6.
Moore High School: Placed 4th in the 300 meter hurdles at State Class C...high school track team captain for four years...5th place in 300 meter hurdles at 2018 Class C track.
