2024: Was yet again one of the top three Yellowjacket runners in nearly every competition...competed in all seven events including the NCAA Division II West Region Championships... ran her best five kilometer race in her career at the Yellowjacket/Battlin' Bears Invitational at 20:03.2, coming in 12th place overall...ran her best six kilometer race of the season at the West Region Championships at 23:56.0 which was just 10 seconds off of her personal best.
2023: Was one of the Yellowjackets top runners in the 2023 season...competed in five events, including the GNAC Cross Country Championships...ran her best 5k at the UM Invitational where she took 74th place and finished with a time of 21:04.5...ran her best 6k at the NCAA Dll West Regionals where she led the 'Jackets with a 106th place finish and had a time of 23:46.0.
Laramie High School: Ran three years of varsity track and one year of varsity cross-country at Laramie High School...qualified for the Wyoming State High School Athletic Association State Track & Field Championships in a dozen events during her prep career...outdoor high school bests include a 1:04.94 in the 400 meters, a 2:23.37 in the 800 meters, a 5:30.41 in the 1,600 meters and a 12:24.00 in the 3,200 meters...capped off her high school career by placing 12th in the 800 meters, 11th in the 1,600 meters and running legs on Laramie's 4x400 and 4x800-meter relays at the 2022 4A Wyoming State Track Meet...ran lifetime personal bests in every event from the 400 meters up to the 1,600 meters as a senior...as a junior in 2021, qualified for the state meet in the 800 and the 1,600 meters, plus led off Laramie's seventh-place 4x800-meter relay team...in indoor track, placed 13th at the state meet in the 1,600 meters while also helping the Plainswomen's 4x800-meter relay team take fifth...earned all-state indoor track honors after placing 12th in the 800 and the 1,600 meters as a freshman in 2019...in her lone season of cross country in 2021, ran her lifetime-best 5K time of 20:12.1 at the 4A West Conference Championships...placed ninth to help Laramie win a conference title...helped her team place fifth at the 4A Wyoming State XC Championships by finishing in 21st place with a time of 20:53.73.
