Billings West HS: Lettered twice in basketball ... Played legion baseball for the Billings Scarlets where he helped lead his team to the state championship in 2008 and 2009 ... In 2010, Gilmore hit .373 with 57 runs and 66 hits for the Scarlets ... Slugged .576 and reached base at a .482 clip ...  Was an all-state and all-conference selection in 2009 and 2010 ... Also earned super state honors both years.
