Billings Skyview HS: A two-year varsity starter, Capouch comes to MSUB after having a break-out season last year as a senior that saw her average a double-double … She averaged 15.9 points and 11.2 rebounds per game to go along with a .660 free throw percentage … Her 11.2 rebounds per game led the state in class AA … Named a first team all-conference selection as well as a first team all-state selection … Also she was named to the Montana-Wyoming All-Star team … National Honor Society member.

Personal: Daughter to Jurret Sindelar and Doug Capouch ... Tenika is double majoring in Elementary Education and Health and Physical Education ... She played for Lary Newell in high school.
