Coach Aumend on Cochrun: “Stephanie has been a great leader as a captain on the field. Her work ethic is unmatched. She has always been solid, defensively, but, offensively, she had a break-out season last year. She is now hitting the ball with more power and more consistency. She’s becoming a tough out. She showed some signs of pitching progress late last season. She is becoming a power pitcher who will be able to challenge hitters and give us something we don’t have.”
