2018: Redshirted.

Crook County High School: Named Tri-Valley Conference Player of the Year in 2017…finished the year with an 18-2 record and a sub-1.00 earned run average…had a player-of-the-year season as a junior in 2016…as a junior had 208 strikeouts and a 0.72 ERA in 2016…also threw four no-hitters as a junior, and batted .351 at the plate with 23 stolen bases…first-team all-Tri-Valley League pitcher, and a two-time third-team all-state selection as well…helped the Cowgirls amass a 51-19 record in her first three seasons under head coach Jessica Cross.

McCormick on choosing MSUB: “I chose MSUB because of the campus and how welcomed everyone made me feel. When I visited the campus, I felt at home. I could see that it would be a place where my dreams would unfold. The softball team was energetic and really welcoming. I was impressed with the family atmosphere, especially with all the new freshmen that had just joined the team. I wanted to play softball somewhere that I felt at home and I would be getting the best education possible.”
