2018-19
Indoor: competed in three meets in 60 meters and 200 meters.

Outdoor: GNAC Title for 100 meter dash at outdoor championships, 11.01 finals time...GNAC Title for 4x100 meter dash at outdoor championships in back-to-back seasons with a time of 41.28 seconds with Mason Schram, Kaelen Shay, and Rahkei Eyer...fourth place in 200 meter dash with finals time of 22.18 seconds.

2017-18
Outdoor: Finished the season with a 16th-place finish at the NCAA D2 National Outdoor Championships... finished second in both the 100 (10.64) and the 200 (21.54) at the GNAC Championships...broke the MSUB-record in the 100 with a time of 10.41 at the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games...became the first Yellowjacket to compete in two outdoor national meets...member of the GNAC Champion 4x100-relay team with Mason Schram, Lamont Frisby and Kaelen Shay.

Indoor: Broke the MSUB-record in the 60-meter with a time of 6.78 at the Bobcat Preview in Bozeman, Mont....broke the program's 200-meter record with a time of 21.65 at the Colorado Invitational.

2016-17
Outdoor: Coming off of a stellar indoor season, Zook continued to excel during outdoor competition culminating in a second-team All-American selection in the 100-meter. Zook posted school records in both the 100-meter (10.42) and the 200-meter (21.04) and anchored the record-breaking 4x100 relay (41.93). He was named all-region and all-conference and was tabbed the MSUB Male Athlete of the Year as well as the Men's Track and Field Athlete of the Year. During the indoor season,  Zook was recognized as an all-conference and all-region performer while breaking the MSUB 60-meter record with a time of 6.85. He was named the GNAC player of the week twice during the indoor season Jan. 16-22 and Feb. 6-12. 

Kelly Walsh High School: Ran three years for the Trojans earning three letters…all-state indoor for 4x400 relay…holds KWHS 60 meter record (7.23).
