Outdoor Track & Field: Took part in seven meets in his second outdoor season, including both the GNAC Combined Event Championships and the GNAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... competed in the decathlon two times... placed third in the high jump at the MSUB/RMC Open with a mark of 1.75m (5' 8.75")... took third in the decathlon at the Fighting Saints Open with a season-best score of 5210... placed sixth at the GNAC Combined Event Championships in the decathlon wih a score of 5161... set PRs in the discus with a throw of 32.07m (105' 2") and javelin with a score of 46.38m (152' 2") at the event, finishing second and third respectively... Academic All-GNAC selection.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in five meets for MSUB in his second indoor season, once competing in the heptathlon at the GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championships... was a part of the 4x400m group that took first on Dec. 5 at the Bobcat PReview... finished in third at the Myrle Hanson Open in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.49 seconds... placed on the podium at the GNAC Indoor Championships, taking third place with a score of 3964.

2023-24
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in six meets during his first outdoor season with the 'Jackets, including the GNAC Combined Events Championships and the GNAC Outdoor Championships... competed in the decathlon twice... finished first in the pole vault with a mark of 3.65m (11' 11.75") at the Yellowjacket/Battlin' Bears Icebreaker Open... took first in the decathlon at the Yellowjacket/Battlin' Bears Multi with a score of 5593, finishing first in the 100m, shot put, 400m, 110m hurdles, pole vault, and 1500m... finished fifth in the decathlon at the GNAC Combined Event Championships with a PR score of 5817, breaking the MSUB school record... won the 1500m at the Combined Event Championships with a PR time of 4:40.19, while setting PRs in the 400m with a mark of 53.05, and pole vault with a mark of 3.83m (12' 6.75")... set PRs in the high jump with a mark of 1.82m (5' 11.5"), and the 110m hurdles with a mark of 16.38 at the GNAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in four meets for the Yellowjackets, including the 2024 Indoor Track & Field Championships... competed in the heptathlon twice... PR'd in the 60m, shot put, and 1000m at the 2024 Mountain State Games, while breaking the MSUB school record with a score of 4274 ... set a PR in the 60m hurdles as the GNAC Indoor Championships... totaled a heptathlon score of 4157 at the conference championships... GNAC Indoor T&F Newcomer of the Year.
 
Dickinson State University: Competed in two seasons of track & field and one season of cross country at Dickinson State... set PR marks in the mile, 800m, and 600m during his first indoor season, and competed at the conference championship meet... competed in seven meets in outdoor season, including the conference championships... collected his first ever first place finish on Apr. 28 2022 as a part of the 4x400 relay team at the Blue Hawk Games... won the 400m hurdles the following week on May 5 at the DSU Last Chance Meet... finished third with the 4x800m team at the 2022 North Star Outdoor Track & Field Championships... competed in six meets the following outdoor season, including twice in the decathlon. Won the tripel jump on Apr. 7 at the MSUB Yellowjacket Invite... collected a score of 4702 in his first time competing in the decathlon... finished second in pole vault at the Marauders-Mystics Tune-up... finished third in the decathlon at the North Star Athletic Association Outdoor Championships with a score of 5,138.
