2014-15: Became the first MSUB track and field athlete to earn All-American honor with trip to NCAA Division II Nationals and 10
th place finish in mile in 4:11.29...All-Conference in indoor and outdoor seasons…MSUB indoor record in 3,000 meters in 8:28.68… GNAC Indoor Championships earned all-conference honor as member of DMR team that placed third in 10:24.32…GNAC Indoor Championships second in mile (4:11.02) and fourth in 3,000 meters (8:39.39)…MSUB outdoor record in 1500 meters in 3:51.58…member of MSUB outdoor record 1600 relay team with time of 3:21.60….third at GNAC Outdoor Championships in 1500 meters (3:51.58).
2013-14: Had a break-out season in track and field for MSUB...broke four schools records during the indoor and outdoor seasons...2014 men's 1500m conference champion...broke the MSUB men's indoor mile record at the SPU final qualifier in 4:10.76...broke the MSUB men's indoor 3,000m record and had the 8th-best time in the GNAC in 8:37.79...part of the men's DMR team that finished third at the GNAC indoor championships and broke the MSUB record in 10:16.86...ran the 6th-best time in the conference in men's indoor 5,000m in 15:36.91 at the Birds and Bees Invite...runner-up at the GNAC Outdoor Championships in the men's 1500m in 3:54.79...set a new MSUB record in the men's outdoor 5,000m and finished fifth in the GNAC Championships in 14:53.27...all-conference.
Skyview High School: Two-time city champion in the one- and two-mile track events (2010-11) and was the 2009 three-mile city champion...a three-time letterwinner in cross country and a two-time letter winner in track and field, he was the 2011 Eastern Divisional Champion in the two-mile race...was a member of the 2010 state champion track and field team and his 2008 cross country squad placed third in the state cross country meet...personal bests included a 15:44 in the three-mile, 9:52 in the two-mile, 4:26 in the one-mile and 2:01 in the 800 meter.
