PRONUNCIATION:
2015-16: All-conference result, MSUB school record and GNAC title winner on men's DMR first place finish at GNAC Indoor Championships in 10:06.41...placed 15th at GNAC Indoor Championships in 400 meters in 51.40...set MSUB school record and won the 400 hurdles at SDSM Invite in 54.52...injured during GNAC Outdoor Championships and unable to compete.
2014-15: Best marks indoor 200 meters (23:32) and 400 meters (51.31) and outdoor 400 meters (51.28) and 400 meter hurdles (55.63)… GNAC Indoor Championships earned all-conference honor as member of DMR team that placed third in 10:24.32…strong member of MSUB relays teams in 400x1, 4x400, and DMR.
Skyview High School: Was a two-time letterwinner for the Falcons' wrestling team…lettered four times in track and field…three time state champion in 300 meter hurdles…earned all-state honors for track and field...brother of former MSUB track and field student-athlete Lewis Polkow.
