2018-19
Indoor: Competed in five meets...Fourth place in weight throw at MSU Open at 47' 11.75" and a new personal best...Shotput 2nd place at CSC Open with throw of 51' 6.25".

Outdoor: NCAA Provisional mark in shotput at Yellowjacket/Battlin' Bears Open with first place place mark of 53' 1.75"...Season best hammer throw 148' 2" for 18th place at Colorado Invitational...Took 10th in discus throw at Jack Christiansen Invitational April 26-27 at 147' 10"...Took 13th place in shotput at GNAC Outdoor Championships (46' 11.75"), also 13th in discus (135' 11") and 14th in hammer throw (143' 4"). 

2017-18
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the shot put with a collegiate-best throw of 15.41 meters (50' 6.75") at the GNAC Championships...placed 13th at the conference meet in the discus with a throw of 43.27m (141' 11")... recorded personal-best throw in the hammer throw with a mark of 40.90m (134' 2") at the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games.

Indoor: Ended the season with a collegiate-best throw of 14.96 meters (49' 1") at the GNAC Indoor Championships while placing ninth...finished 15th in the weight throw at the conference meet with a mark of 13.55m (44' 5.5")...collegiate-best weight throw of 13.66m (44' 9.75") at the Bobcat Preview.

2016-17: Finished the season with a sixth-place finish in the shot put (15.03m) and an eighth-place in the discus (44.62m) at the conference meet...collegiate-best 44.92 meters (147' 4") in the discus at the Tom Benich Invitational...placed seventh in the shot put at the indoor conference meet with a mark of 14.55m (47' 9").

2015-16:  Solid opening campaign as a freshman earning points at both GNAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships...indoors threw season-high 12.64 meters in weight throw...GNAC Indoors placed 5th in shot put at 14.46 meters...outdoor season-high 14.98 meters in shot put, 42.78 meters in discus and 33.36 meters in hammer throw...placed sixth at GNAC Outdoor Championships in shot put with a throw of 14.60 meters.and 15th in discus with a throw of 37.72 meters.

2014-15: Redshirted.

Shepherd High School: Three-year letterwinner for the Mustangs' football team and four-year letterwinner for the track and field team…placed sixth in Class B state championships in discus and second in the shot put in 2014.
