Did not compete in any indoor or outdoor track and field meets.
Auburn Riverside High School: Ran track and field for three seasons and one season of cross country...Was a 2019 Auburn all-city champion in the 110-meter hurdles…Personal bests include a 16.25 in the 110 high hurdles, 47.41 in the 300 meter intermediate hurdles and a 12.76 100 meter dash.
Woehl on Heck: “I'm excited to have Adam joining the 'Jackets next fall. He has a ton of potential in both hurdle races and will be a great teammate.”
Heck on choosing MSUB: “I choose MSUB because I got along really well with Coach Woehl and I feel like he can help me develop into a better athlete. I also really enjoyed my campus visit and MSUB offers a degree in the field that I'm interested in. Overall, it just felt like a great fit for me. I'm very excited to be a Yellowjacket.”
