Played 30 games with 4 starts as a true freshman at forward...Averaged 11 minutes per game and 330 total minutes, 8th most on the team...shot .515 from the field, second best on the team...scored 142 points, 4.7 points per game which was sixth highest on the team...Averaged 3.4 rebounds, tied for third highest on the team...Played season high 25 minutes against Central Washington on Jan. 2...Scored season high 18 points against Alaska Anchorage on Feb. 15...Grabbed season high nine rebounds against Concordia Portland on Feb. 8...Nabbed 3 steals against Concordia Portland on Feb. 8...Recorded 15 assists and 13 steals.

Billings West High School: Starred for the Billings West squad that finished as the state runner-up during the 2018-19 season…participated in the Montana-Wyoming All-Star series…was a first-team all-state and all-conference selection her sophomore through senior seasons…was a team captain during her senior year on the court…a top game included an 11-for-11 shooting performance during her senior year against Butte.

Coach Woodin on Manuel: "TyLee provided a lot of great minutes for us this past season.  Her challenge is to now become a more versatile and consistent player.  She is very talented and I look for her to establish herself as a key interior player this year.”

Manuel on choosing MSUB: "I chose MSUB to be able to stay home and play with my twin sister TyRaa and best friend Shayla Montague. Family is super important to me, and being only a few minutes away will be nice. MSUB is also a great school, and has a really good program."
