Tom Pearson enters his second season as a graduate assistant at MSUB in the 2025 season, and his first with the women's soccer program.

In Pearson's first season at MSUB, he served as a GA with the MSUB men's soccer program, serving as a member of the staff which helped to lead the Yellowjackets to a 6-6-6 overall record, and 5-4-3 record in GNAC play, with the team's T-3rd place finish in conference play finishing as it's best finish in the conference standings since 2017.
