2015: Played in three games, totaling 60 minutes as a defender…averaged 20 minutes per game…took one corner kick…played season-high 30 minutes at Simon Fraser University on Oct. 1.

Valor Christian High School: Earned three letters in soccer, helping the Eagles to a cumulative 22-10-4 record under head coach Dan Georgopulos…was selected as Defender of the Year during her prep career, and also served as a team captain for her club team…also participated in cross country for one season during her prep career.
 
Coach Krakowiak on Trizna: “Allison is extremely feisty and plays above her stature on the field. In evaluating her you can immediately see her determination and leadership qualities. She is not afraid to get stuck in on defense, she has the ability to play with both feet, and she possesses the quality on the ball to create chances in the attacking end. She is very driven, well spoken, and ambitious. In the classroom, Allison holds a 3.0 GPA. She possesses all the tools to be a successful person, student, and athlete in our program.”
 
Trizna on choosing MSUB: “Coach Krakowiak and Coach Cavallo came to watch me play last summer in Colorado, and after that I went to visit the MSUB campus. After the visit I realized MSUB was where I wanted to be since the campus was beautiful and I knew that the team was going to be the perfect fit.”
