Biography
2013-14: Posted the Yellowjackets’ top score with a 74.7 as a junior…competed in all nine events and 21 rounds…posted four top-10 finishes – three of which were top-5 results…made par in five rounds, second most on the team…tallied a single hole low-round score of 70…was the Yellowjackets’ top finisher at the GNAC Championships with a score of 222 (75-74-73) for a tie for eighth place…academic all-conference.
2012-13: Played in 11 tournaments that included the NCAA Div. II West Regional Championships... in 30 rounds averaged a team-best 74.1 strokes per round...had a program-record low 64 in the first round of the MSUB Triangular...first team all-GNAC...only sophomore to ever play in a national-championship event in MSUB men's golf history.
2011-12: Played in six tournaments as a true freshman that included the GNAC Golf Championships and one top-10 finish...in 15 rounds averaged 76.8 strokes per round including a 72 in the season-opening MSUB Yellowjacket Invitational.
Kimberly High School: Was a member, and low scorer, of Idaho’s 2010 Hogan Cup team, which competes nationally with all other 49 states...was also a member of the Idaho team that competed at the 2010 America’s Cup...was named as the Southern Idaho Boys Golf Athlete of the Year in 2010, and won the district championship for the second time as an individual and team...won 3A state medalist honors and helped his team to a second-place finish at the Idaho 3A state championships in 2010...also won medalist honors at the state 3A tournament in 2009 and won medalist honors at districts in 2009 and 2008...placed fourth in 2009 and third in 2008 at the IGA state tournament as well.
