2010: Ran in seven races as a senior ... Had two top-10 finishes with a 10th place finish at the MSUB Invite (Sept. 4) and a 10th place finish at the Dickinson State Invite (Sept. 24) ... In four races at the 8k distance, had a season-best 27:00 at the Yellowjacket Invite (Oct. 16) ... Competed at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 20) with a 10k time of 36:14.
2009: Competed in six races during junior seasons ... Had an 8k best of 26:49 at the Yellowjacket Invitational (Oct. 10) ... Ran a 36:07.6 at the NCAA West Regional.
University of Montana: Ran cross country and track for two years during 1996-1998.
Billings Skyview HS: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field ... Helped Skyview to two state championships and a third place finish in cross country ... Earned all-state honors in cross country during senior season and was all-conference in track three times.
