2017-18
Track and Field
Outdoor: Earned second team all-American status with an 11th-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA D2 Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:13.92...won the GNAC championship in both the steeplechase (8:55.30) and the 5,000-meter (14:47.88) while setting MSUB-record times in both events...ran a collegiate-best in the 1,500 at the Yellowjacket open in a time of 4:00.08.

Indoor: Finished the season with two top-3 finishes at the conference meet...ran a 15:16.78 in the 5K at conference for a second-place finish and took third in the 3,000-meter in a time of 8:38.56...set the program record in the 5K with a 14:51.40 at the South Dakota State University Invite.

Cross Country: Earned his first collegiate first-place at the MSUB Yellowjacket oen with a time of 21:48.7... finished in ninth at the GNAC Championships in Bellingham, Wash., completing the 8K course with a personal record time of 25:37.6.

2016-17
Track and Field: Finished his junior season with a third-place (9:12.02) finish in the 3K steeple chase at the GNAC Championships...placed sixth in the 5K at the conference meet with a time of 15:35.25... posted career-best times in the 3K steeple chase (19:12.02), 800-meter (1:58.99), and 1,500-meter (4:04.27).

Cross Country: Much improved junior season, was No. 1 & 2 runner for MSUB in every event...four top-10 finishes...best result was third at Gage McSpadden Invite (6K) in 20:29.3...sxith at Yellowjacket Invite (10K) in 32:48.37...ninth at Yellowjacket Open (4 mile) in 20:09...GNAC Championships (8K) placed 18th in 25:59...NCAA west region championships ran the sixth best time in Yellowjacket history at the 10K distance finishing 60th in 31:57.47...academic all-conference.

2015-16
Track and Field: Indoor season ran a personal-best and placed 10th at the GNAC Championships in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:49.93...much improved Outdoor season...personal-bests in 1500 meters of 4:08.93 and mile of 4:33.25...personal-best and placed 14th at GNAC Outdoor Championships in 5,000 meters in 15:22.54...personal-best and placed in the points at eighth at GNAC Outdoor Championships in 3,000 meter steeplechase in 9:41.73...academic all-conference.

Cross Country: Three top-20 finishes...placed 12th to open season at Moda Health Alaska 8K in 29:28.9 and two days later finished 8th in 5k in 16:28.3...placed eighth at Yellowjacket Invitational in 26:18.46...placed 38th at GNAC Championships in 26:49.80 and 94th at NCAA west region 10K in 32:29.88.

2014-15
Track and Field: Placed third in the mile at the Yellowjacket Holiday Open in 4:40.01…member of 4x400 relay team that finished second at Myrle Hanson Open in 3:44.13…at GNAC Indoor Championships earned all-conference honor as member of DMR team that placed third in 10:24.32…fifth place in 1500 meters at Trudnowski Open in 4:09.89 and in 3,000 meters at Montana Open in 10:00.40.
 
Cross Country: Competed in six events his freshman season as a Yellowjacket...placed ninth in two races...at the Carroll College Invite, was ninth in 20:04.55 and at the Yellowjacket Invitational placed ninth in 26:48.88...at the GNAC Championships, finished 56th, completing the conference race in 27:06.9...at the NCAA Division II west region in Billings, placed 137th, finishing in 35:30.8.
 
Billings Senior High School: Joins the Yellowjackets after being a multi-sport athlete at Billings Senior High School...competed in basketball, cross country, and track and field for the Broncs...was a freshman when Billings Senior won the state AA track and field championship in 2011... in 2013 finished 9th at the Montana State AA track and field meet in the 800m...in 2014 placed 9th in the 1600m run and 10th in the 800m at the state meet...was the top finisher for the Senior High cross country team at the state AA cross country meet in 2012...seven-time academic all-state selection, and in 2013 he finished in 10th place at the Montana Class AA Championships.
