2023: Competed in five races for the Yellowjackets in 2023...had his season best 6K at the Black Hills State Invitational where he finished 46th overall with a time of 22:45.9...had his best 8K performance at the Yellowjacket/Battlin' Bears Open where he took 92nd and finished with a time of 29:51.1...named Academic All-GNAC for the second time in his career.
2022: Competed in five events, including the GNAC Cross Country Championships where he posted his best 8k of the season, coming in 74th place overall with a time of 29:37.9... had his best 6k of the season at the Gage McSpadden Memorial where he came in 43rd place, with a time of 22:52.4...named Academic All-GNAC.
2021: Competed in all six races, including the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA DII West Regionals, during his debut collegiate cross country season…improved in three-straight 8-kilometer races before running his collegiate-best 29:26 at the 2021 GNAC Championships.
2020: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Big Sky High School: Two-time all-conference selection in 4x400 meter relay event...Ran a 53.4 second split on leg of 400 meter relay in 2019-20...Named middle-distance runner of the year...Top mark in 800 meters is 2:05...Career best 5,000 meters is 18:40.
