Helena HS: Lettered three years in track and four years in cross country ... Earned cross country All-American honors at National Junior Olympics in Reno, NV after finishing seventh in 2009 ... Won state championship in the 1600 meter and 3200 meter run in 2009 ... Earned all-state honors for cross country in 2008 ... Helped team to a third place finish at 2008 cross country championships.
