Miles Community College: Helped lead Miles to a 19-11 record as a sophomore...played and started in 29 games...averaged 10.3 points and 6.4 rebounds which was good for second on the team...talled 42 assists and 24 steals in 2008-09...was second on the team in made field goals with 129 and shot an even 50-percent from the floor...went 35 of 46 from the charity stripe for 76.1 percent...as a freshman, averaged 10.8 points and grabbed 8.6 rebounds.

Alief Elisk High School: Earned a number of accolades in high school...as a sophomore he was named most valuable player for the Outback Texas Tournament....was a two time all-state selection for 2005...helped lead his team to an 18-0 regular season record during junior year and a second place finish at the Texas 5A state championship...during his senior year, averaged 15.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, and shot 63-percent from the field.
