Payton Flynn begins his first year of coaching baseball as well as interning within the Athletic department, assisting with gameday operations, sports communications, and media relations.
Prior to joining the staff at MSUB, Flynn began his collegiate career at Washington State University before graduating from MSUB with dual Bachelors Degrees in Marketing and Business Management.Â
Flynn was a member of the baseball team from 2021-24. At MSUB, Flynn was a Division 2 Preseason All-American, two time first team All-GNAC selection, two time All-West Region selection, and ended his career second on the all-time MSUB career home run leaderboard.
Flynn also was named to the College of Business Dean's List his senior year, as well as the Academic All-Conference Team in each of his final two years of school.
