Jesuit High School: Three-year letter winner for the Crusaders under head coach Colin Griffin…two-time all-state selection…first-team all-Metro League pick as a senior with a .386 batting average…led league with a .440 batting average as a sophomore…named team’s most valuable player as a sophomore and senior…helped team win Oregon Class 6A state championship in 2016…also competed in soccer for four seasons and earned three letters as a forward under head coach Chris Thurley.

Coach Waddoups on Arpan: "Chris has amazing power potential at the plate.  He is a big, physical athlete that can quickly change a game with one swing of the bat.  He has played a solid 3B and continues to improve as a player."

Arpan on choosing MSUB: “I chose MSUB because of how great of a fit it is on and off the field. Academically, MSUB has the program that will help me obtain the degree I want as well as great faculty who I can work with. The city itself is in a perfect location in Montana that allows me to do all the hiking and fishing I could want. Lastly, the baseball coaching staff is a perfect fit for the goals I have as a player, and the players I have met share the same goals.”
