Biography

2008: Struggled in 2008 with an 0-7 record and an 8.65 ERA in nine starts...Pitched 42.2 innings with 25 strikeouts...Tallied a season-high 6.2 innings versus Northwest Nazarene (Apr. 25)...Had a season-high five strikeouts against Mayville State (Mar. 5).

2007: Went 4-5 with a 4.88 ERA in 2007...Saw action in 10 games with nine starts and three complete games...Had two shutouts in 51.2 innings of work, which was third-most on the team...Tallied 28 strikeouts and opponents hit just .262 against him.

At Regis University:  1 year baseball

Brian attended Heritage High School in Littleton, CO and graduated in May 2005.  He was the Ping Pong Club Officer, TSA Club Officer, and member of the honor roll.  After high school, Brian attended Regis University for a year and played for the university's baseball team.  He is majoring in Finance at Montana State University-Billings.

"I chose MSUB because of its baseball program and the location of the school," said Strom. "Being from Colorado, I like the cold weather and snow. Also, because of friends I already had who attend MSUB."
