Biography

2011: Made 12 appearances with 12 starts in tying a team-high four wins with a 4-6 record ... Tossed a team-high 70.0 innings with one complete game ... Recorded a team-best 3.86 ERA in allowing 42 runs scored, 30 earned, on 79 hits with 50 strikeouts and 23 walks ... Gave up just one home run as opposing hitters batted .298 against ... Induced 83 ground ball outs and averaged a team-high 5.83 innings per outing ... Was named Honorable Mention All-GNAC and earned Academic All-GNAC honors.

2010: Pitched 14.1 innings in 16 appearances in his first year as a Yellowjacket…Struck out 18 on the year all in relief…Had a season-high three strikeouts in his first game Feb. 25 at Grand Canyon….Recorded one of two saves on the year.

LDS Mission: Went on a two-year mission for his church from 2007-2009...Went to Rochester, Buffalo Niagara Falls area in Western New York.

Southern Virginia: Played one season at Southern Virginia...Had his best game against Oswego State, pitched the last three innings and got the win.

Summer 2006: Played for MVP Baseball in Southern California...Starting pitcher played all over the country including Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado...Ended summer ball playing in Italy against the Italian National and Olympic teams.

San Luis Obispo High School: Earned Coach Award as a freshman in 2004, the Hustle Award in 2005 and was named team Most Valuable Player in 2006...Helped lead his team to state in 2006.
