triathlon facility

The city of Billings lends itself perfectly to the sport of women's triathlon, with a wide variety of facilities located both on the MSUB campus and throughout the immediate area.

msubpool

The MSUB pool is a 6-lane, 25 yard competition pool located in the lower level of the Physical Education building. The MSUB pool provides ample swimming access both for the triathlon team practices in addition to student/faculty usage during the more than 20 hours of designated recreational swim blocks each week. When time allows, MSUB also partners with the Billings Stingrays swimming club and several local high school swimming programs for additional community pool access.
campusrims

Known for its iconic Rimrocks, the MSUB campus is located just beneath the rims which contain endless running and biking trails. Etched out by the Yellowstone River, the Rimrocks also provide both the name and playground for the Yellowstone Rim Runners, the community running group in Billings devoted to promoting a healthy lifestyle through running in addition to hosting and supporting many community activities.
