Hit .308 (16-52) against lefty's and .347 (42-121) against right-handers ... With runners on base, hit .354 (35-99) and hit .733 (11-15) with runners on third and less than two outs ... Successfully advanced runners at an average of .505 (54-107) ... Was named to the Daktronics All-West Region second team ... Earned National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association All-West Region second team honors ... Earned first team All-GNAC honors ... Was named GNAC Newcomer of the Year ... Madison High School: Lettered three years in baseball, football and baskeball at Madison High School...Had a scholarship to Idaho State out of high school...Earned first team all-state and all-area honors as a senior at shortstop...Named first team all-area and second team all-state as a junior in 2004...Hit .422 with seven home runs, 13 doubles and six triples as a senior...Helped lead his team to a fifth place finish in baseball at state in 2005 and second place finish from 2002-2004.
