2010 (Junior): Ran in all eight meets as a junior ... Had two top-10 finishes with a 7th place finish at the MSUB Invite (Sept. 4) and an 8th place finish at the Dickinson State Invite (Sept. 24) ... Turned in a season-best time of 26:29 in five races at the 8k distance at the Yellowjacket Invite (Oct. 16) ... Had a top 5k time of 16:29 at the MSUB Invite ... Competed at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 20) witha 35:53 10k.
2009 (Sophomore): Ran in eight meets ... Had a 10k time of 36:06.8 at the NCAA West Regional ... Ran a 27:16 8k at the Yellowjacket Invitational.
2008 (Freshman): Was among the top three runners on the team in in six of seven races ... Finished fourth at the Rocky Mountain/MSUB dual meet (Sept. 4).
Manhattan High School: Earned three letters in track ... Helped his team win the state championship as a senior ... Earned three letters in cross country ... Was Class B All-State as a junior.
