2010: Ran in seven races during her senior season ... Had two top-5 showings highlighted by a 3rd place finish at the MSUB Invite (Sept. 4) and a 4th place at the Yellowjacket Invite (Oct. 16), where she ran her fastest 5k time of the season in 18:24 ... Had one top-10 finish with a 6th at the Black Hills State Invite (Sept. 9) ... Posted a 24:39 10k at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 20) ... Earned Academic All-GNAC honors ... Was named to the USTFCCCA Division II All-Academic Cross Country Team.
2009: Ran in seven meets this season ... Had a top time in the 5k at the Yellowjacket Invitational (Oct. 10) with a 19:55.0 ... Top 6k time of 25:28.9 at the NCAA West Regional ... Earned GNAC Academic All-Conference honors.
2008: Finished among the three runners four times ... Earned Academic ALl-GNAC honors.
2007: Was among the top three runners in five meets ... Finished among the top 10 overall at the South Dakota Mines Invitational (Sept. 8) and Yellowjacket Invitational (Oct. 27) ... Ran 22:55, the fifth fastest 6K in school history, at the NCAA West Regional Championship (Nov. 3).
Powell High School: Earned four letters in track ... Placed at the Class 3A state championships seven times ... As a junior she was fourth in the 800 and 1600 and fifth in the 3200 ... As a senior she was third (1600), fifth (800) and sixth (3200) ... Earned four letters in cross country ... Was a four-time Class 3A All-State selection ... Finished among the top 10 at the state championship meet all four years.
