2010: Rain in seven races as a senior ... Recorded one top-5 finish with a 3rd place at the Black Hills State Invite (Sept. 9) in a time of 17:11 on the 4k course ... Finished in the top-15 twice with a 10th at the MSUB Invite (Sept. 4) in a time of 20:10 and a 12th place at the Yellowjacket Invite (Oct. 16) with a season-best 18:51 ... Ran a 24:20 on the 6k NCAA West Region course (Nov. 20) ... Earned Academic All-GNAC honors ... Was named to the USTFCCCA Division II All-Academic Cross Country Team.
2009: Ran in eight meets during junior year ... Had a top-15 finish at the Yellowjacket Invitational with a 19:43 5k ... Ran a 24:31 6k at the GNAC Championships.
2008: Had a breakthrough year ... Was one of the top two runners in all six races she ran ... Was the number one runner at the Montana Invitational (Oct. 4), GNAC Championships (Oct. 25) and NCAA West Regional Championships (Nov. 8) ... Earned Academic All-GNAC honors.
2007: Finished among the top five at the last three meets of the season .... Ran 23:33 at the NCAA West Regional Championship ... That time is one of the top 10 times for a 6K in school history.
Manhattan Christian High School: Earned three letters in track ... Earned three letters in cross country and two in volleyball ... Was named team MVP in all three sports ... In cross country she was a three time Class B all-stater.
