Outdoor Track & Field: Followed up on her successful 2020-21 campaign by breaking the school record in the long jump with a mark of 5.39m (17-8.25)…competed in five outdoor track and field meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…placed fourth in the triple jump with a season-best 11.49m (37-8.5) mark and took 10th in the long jump at GNACs…placed seventh in the triple jump (and first amongst non-Division I athletes) with a 11.12m (36-5.75) mark on April 29…won the long jump and the triple jump at the Bauer Open on April 8-9…broke the school long jump record and won the event with a 5.39m (17-8.25) mark…also won the triple jump at the same meet….took seventh place in the triple jump in her season-debut at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…named academic All-GNAC…earned Buzzie for Women’s Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
Indoor Track & Field: Capped off her first full season of indoor track by being the only jumper in the GNAC with top-four finishes in both the long and triple jumps at the conference meet…placed 4th in the long jump with a 5.27m (17-3.5) and 4th in the triple jump with a 10.87m (35-8) at GNACs…took second in the long jump with a 5.30m (17-4.75), which is 2nd all-time at MSUB at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 11-12…also placed fifth in the triple jump at the same meet…won the long and the triple jumps at the Don Holst Open on Jan. 29…won the triple jump with a mark of 10.99m (36-0.75), which is 2nd all-time at MSUB, at the Bobcat Challenge on Jan. 14…named academic All-GNAC…earned Buzzie for Women’s Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
2020-21
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in eight outdoor meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…broke the school record in the triple jump as a freshman with a 37-8.75 (11.50) at the Dickinson State University Last Chance Meet on May 6…ranks third all-time in the long jump with a 17-3.25 (5.26)…specialized in the triple jump and the long jump, but also ran on the 4x100 and had the team’s longest triple jump and the fastest time in the 200 meters…competed in four events at the GNAC Outdoor Championships: the 4x100, 4x400, long jump and triple jump…placed seventh in the triple jump at the GNAC Outdoor Championships with a 36-5.75 (11.12)…won the triple jump at the Trudnowski Open (April 24) with a 35-8 (10.87) and placed second in the 200 meters with a personal best of 27.99…won the long jump at the Bauer Open with a 17-3.25 (5.26)…notched her first collegiate win in the triple jump at the Battlin’ Bears/Yellowjacket Open with a 35-6.75 (10.84)…won her first collegiate long jump at the MSUB/RMC Open on March 19.
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic…earned USTFCCCA All-Region awards for the triple jump…had the fifth-longest triple jump in MSUB indoor track history with a 33-9.5 (10.30) at the Stinger Open on Feb. 19-20...also placed 10th in the 60-meter hurdles and 7th in the long jump at the Stinger Open.
Three Forks High School: Earned letters in three sports including track and field...Named all-state...State champion in triple jump...Set school record in triple jump at 36'4.5"...Won Iron Women Award...Academic all-state.
