Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in eight outdoor track and field meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships…specialized in the long and the triple jumps, but also ran the 100 meters four times and the 200 meters once…jumped a season-best 12.34m (40-6) to place 13th in the triple jump at GNACs…took ninth in the triple jump at the Bengal Invitational on April 30…placed fourth in the triple jump and eighth in the long jump at the Trudnowski Open on April 22…jumped a season-best 6.02m (19-9) at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Spring Open on April 2…ran a season-best 11.84 in the 100-meter dash at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…helped MSUB’s 4x100-meter relay team place second and took ninth in the long jump at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open on March 19…named academic All-GNAC.

Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in eight outdoor track meets, including the GNAC Outdoor Championships …currently ranks third in the triple jump (45-7/13.89) and tenth in the long jump (21-7.5/6.59) in MSUB outdoor track history…specialized in the long and the triple jumps, but was also a mainstay on MSUB’s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams…led off on MSUB’s 4x100 relay team that placed fourth at the GNAC Outdoor Championships…placed sixth in the triple jump and led all freshman at the GNAC Outdoor Championships with a 44-5.5 (13.55)…also placed 14th in the long jump and ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x400 relay team…won the triple jump with a season-best 45-7 (13.89) at the Dickinson State University Last Chance meet on May 6…set another season-best at the same meet in the long jump with a 21-7.5 (6.59) mark…won the triple jump at the Bengal Invitational with a 43-7 (13.28) on April 16-17…ran a season-best 11.42 in the 100 meters at the Bauer Open on April 8-9…won the triple jump at the Battlin’ Bears/Yellowjacket Open with a 43-5.75 (13.25)…won the long jump at the MSUB/RMC Open with a leap of 20-5.25 (6.23) on March 19.
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic…ranks fifth all-time in MSUB indoor track history with a 43-6 (13.26) in the triple jump…earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the triple jump…took fourth in the triple jump in his indoor collegiate track debut at the Stinger Open on Feb.19…also ran the 200 meters in 24.55 seconds and jumped 20-2.5 (6.16) in the long jump at the same meet.
Three Forks High School: Set school record in triple jump, pole vault, and 5000 meters...Personal best 5000 meter time is 17:58...Academic all-state honoree...Named team captain.
