Outdoor Track & Field: Specialized in the 800 meters and ran the 1,500 meters once…also ran legs on MSUB’s 4x400 relay team during the regular season…ran a season-best 2:06.09 in the 800 meters at the Dickinson State University Last Chance Meet on May 5…named academic All-GNAC.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in all four regular-season meets…ran the 800 meters three times and the mile once, while also running legs on MSUB’s distance medley and the 4x400 meter relays…helped MSUB’s distance medley relay team win with a time of 11:43.86 at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on Jan. 21…ran a season-best 800-meter time of 2:09.76 at the Don Holst Open on Jan. 29…named academic All-GNAC.
 
Cross Country: Competed in all six races, including the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA DII West Regionals, during his debut collegiate cross country season…improved in three-straight 8-kilometer races before running his collegiate-best 29:26 at the 2021 GNAC Championships…named academic all-GNAC.

2020-21
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran at six regular-season meets…specialized in the 800 meters, but also ran the 400 meters once and ran legs on MSUB’s 4x400 meter relay team twice…ran the team’s fastest open 400 meter time with a 55.83 at the Trudnowski Open on April 24…ran a season-best 2:07.87 in the 800 meters at the Bengal Invitational on April 16-17.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic…named an USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region selection for the distance medley relay…ran the 800 meters and ran a leg on MSUB’s distance medley relay at the 2021 Stinger Open on Feb. 19-20, 2021.
 
Cross Country: Season canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Big Sky High School: Two-time all-conference selection in 4x400 meter relay event...Ran a 53.4 second split on leg of 400 meter relay in 2019-20...Named middle-distance runner of the year...Top mark in 800 meters is 2:05...Career best 5,000 meters is 18:40.
