2021-22
Outdoor Track and Field: Showed impressive range by running the 4x400 relay and the 800 meters while also competing in the 10,000 meter run during the 2022 season…competed in five regular-season meets and the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships…placed 10^th in the 10,000 meters at the GNACs with a 41:50.59 that ranks sixth all-time at MSUB…took third place in her 10K debut at the Bengal Invitational on April 29…ran the 800 meters four times, her fastest being a 2:28.88 at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open on March 26…named academic All-GNAC.
 
Indoor Track and Field: Competed in all five indoor track meets, including the GNAC Indoor Championships…focused primarily on the 800 meters, but also ran legs on the 4x400 and distance medley relay teams…placed 12^th in the 800 meters with a 2:28.85 at the GNAC Indoor Championships…ran the ninth-fastest 800-meter time in MSUB history with a 2:28.46 at the Mountain State Games on Feb. 11-12…took third place in the 800 meters at the Don Holst Open on Jan. 29…placed second in the 800 meters at the Dave Little Alumni Mile on Jan.21-22…ran the mile in 5:58.62 at the Bobcat Challenge on Jan. 14…named academic All-GNAC.
 
Triathlon: Competed in three of the four races during her collegiate triathlon debut…was MSUB’s third finisher and the 27^th amongst collegiate women in her triathlon debut at the Oktoberfest Triathlon, where she completed the course in 1:27:37… competed at the NCAA National Qualifier…led the way for MSUB and placed 10^th in her age group with a 1:23:05 at the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon National Championship open race on Nov. 13.
 
Cross Country: Competed in all five races, including the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA DII West Regional race, and was MSUB’s third runner in three of them during her first cross country season as a Yellowjacket…placed second for MSUB and third overall in her MSUB cross country debut at the Gage McSpadden Memorial XC Invite, covering the 5K course in 20:51.6…was MSUB’s second finisher at the University of Montana Open, placing 28^th with a 19:14.4…ran a MSUB-best 20:07.5 5K time and was third for the ‘Jackets at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears XC Open on Oct. 8…was MSUB’s third runner at the 2021 GNAC Cross Country Championships, placing 48^th with a 24:29.6 6K time…set a personal best in the 6K at the NCAA Division II West Region race with a 24:17.2…named academic all-GNAC.

2020-21
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in nine of the 10 regular-season meets in her Yellowjacket debut…focused on primarily the 800 and 1,500 meters, but also ran the 5K, mile, 4x400 relay and threw the javelin…ran the team’s second-fastest 800 meter time with a 2:31.20 at the Battlin’ Bears/Yellowjacket Open on April 1…set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with a 5:13.94 at the Bauer Open on April 9…ran a leg on MSUB’s 4x400 relay team that placed eighth at the GNAC Outdoor Championships.
 
Indoor Track & Field: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic…earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the distance medley relay.
 
Cross Country: Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.
 
Treasure Valley Community College: Competed in cross country for two years and track and field for one year…was consistently TVCC’s No. 2 runner in cross country…best finish at the NWAC Cross Country Championships was 20^th as a sophomore in 2019…also had a top-25 finish at NWACs as a freshman in cross country…sophomore track season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic…set a collegiate personal best with a 5:26.88 in the 1,500 meters during her only meet of the 2020 outdoor track season……placed seventh in the 800 meters at the 2019 NWAC Track and Field Championships as a freshman…best 800 meter time at Treasure Valley was a 2:28.04, which she ran at the Border Clash 2019…personal bests at TVCC include a 1:07.16 in the 400 meters, 2:28.04 in the 800 meters, 5:26.88 in the 1,500 meters, plus a 19:21.9.1 5K and a 24:18.9 6K in cross country.. 

Pocatello High School: Earned letters in track & field, cross country, and basketball...Earned Outstanding Individual Scholastic Award...Three-time state champion team member for 4x400 medley relay...Personal bests include 1:02 in 200 meter dash, 2:28 in 400 meter dash, 2:28 in 800 meters, and 19:21 in 5,000 meters.
