2022: Emerged as everyday leftfielder in final collegiate season…batted .266 while starting 40 games…recorded nine doubles, one home run, and 18 RBIs…tied for the team lead with four triples…reached base at a clip of .396 and slugged .422…tied for third on the team with 36 runs scored…stole six bases in seven attempts…posted a .963 fielding percentage in 80 chances…had a season-high three RBIs on three occasions…scored a season-high three runs on March 26 against Northwest Nazarene…hit first collegiate home run on March 5 at Western Oregon…named the athletic department Breakout Player of the Year at The Buzzies.

2021: Earned four at-bats in three games…scored one run on April 30 against Western Oregon…had one putout.

2020: Appeared in two games and recorded one at bat against Colorado School of Mines on February 23, a pinch-hit strikeout...Played in the outfield on two occasions. 

San Diego Mesa College: Appeared in 44 games in 2018-19 and hit .313 in 160 at bats…Recorded 50 hits, including eight doubles and one triple…Walked 26 times and struck out 39…Held a .426 on-base percentage and slugged .375…Drove in 25 runs as a sophomore and stole 14 bases...2019 PCAC honorable mention.

San Marcos High School: Buso was highly decorated during his prep years earning the honor of team captain, varsity club member, CIF-SDS Sportsmanship Award, and offensive MVP...he was also selected on the all-academic team 3x.
